So I finally got around to posting all my Highlander ficlets and drabbles to AO3 last night, including one I hadn't posted anywhere before. They are posted as a series because I've always viewed them as being part of the same 'universe'. I know they're rather awful, probably the worst of all my fics, but if you're so inclined thay can be found under their shiny new series title "A Different Light".

I also found an RPS John Entwistle/Kieth Moon ficlet I wrote and never posted. It's now on AO3 as well. A Cure for Boredom. Because it's RPS, it is locked for members only. I'm very picky about RPF/RPS and have fits when I see it posted anywhere in unlocked posts.

Somewhere around here I also have a Buffy/Spike ficlet I wrote about 10 years ago and never posted. If I manage to find it I'll be putting it on AO3 as well.

So, on the 24th (July) I went to The Who: Quadrophenia - Can You See the Real Me? Which was a documentary on the making of the album, not the movie, although there were bits about the movie tossed in here and there too. XD

On the 22nd I saw The Amazing Spider-man, for the second time. I was only planning on seeing it once, but my friend hadn't seen it yet and wanted to see it before going to Batman. A cute note, the 22nd was Rhys Ifans' birthday (he played Dr. Curt Connors).

We did get to The Dark Knight Rises on the 25th (I believe). *sigh* Well, it was better than the last one. But then again I consider the last one, one of the worst movies ever, so it couldn't really have been worse. I didn't manage to stay until after the credits, but I have been told about that scene. The scene and my thoughts: (highlight to read)*Superman talks to Batman about the Justice League. I somehow don't see it doing as well as Avengers. DC just doesn't have the best track record with movies.* EDIT: I've been told by a few people that the scene is there and a few other people say there is no scene at the end... Like I said, I didn't bother to stay until the end of the credits so I don't know.

I have tickets for Can't Stop the Serenity on August 9th.The proceeds of which go to Equality Now.

But the thing that has me bouncing in my seat is this!!!! Yep. That's right. I have tickets to see The Who in November!!!!!

In an unrelated note: I'm participating in naarmamo this year. This time my 'art' (which will be graphics) are being posted to my graphics comm.

I haven't forgotten about my '100 Things' posts, I've just been a tad busy. :) I'll try and post a few soon.

VH1 Rock Honors: The Who was on tonight. XDXDXD In case it's not obvious or you didn't already know, they are my FAVOURITE band. ;)

There is finally a usable fic archive for Blakes 7, Hip Deep in Heroes. It just opened a few days ago so it doesn't have a lot of fic yet, but it's growing. It's an efiction archive so it's easy to use.  If you like B7 fanfic go check it out. If you write B7 fanfic go upload your stories. :)
