So, my computer completely quit working yesterday. To the point that when I turned it on it couldn't load Windows. *sigh*
The good news:
My boyfriend put in the powerspec startup cd and the computer now works.
The bad news:
When you use the startup cd it essentially wipes the computer clean. All the stuff that was on the computer is actually still there taking up space, but it is not useable. So I have a computer with nothing on it that only has about 6GB of free space which means I can't put anything on it.
I did give in and re-install firefox and my yahoo toolbar so I can actually do things online. I'm going to have to try to make my icons for this month on the laptop. I don't think I've ever successfully made any icons on the laptop.
