The good and the not so good

I had a fairly good birthday. Present wise it was great. :)

I got a couple CD's, a dragon wind chime and a dragon hour glass. I also got a leather Harley Davidson purse and a Nintendo DS. :) As well as a few target gift cards; those are always helpful.

Now for the not so good.

My dog, Bailey, has more medical problems. He now has diabetes. *sigh* So we have to give him insulin shots twice a day. The poor little guy. He hasn't had the best summer.

I'm glad you got goodies for your birthday--belated good wishes.

I'm sorry about Baily--it's hard when there's something wrong with our babies. They depend on us to do something. I'm glad it's insulin--what I mean is, it's a lot easier to deal with than fluids, for instance. He should be fine with his shots, although it's hard on the human. *Hugs* for you and your little one.
