This isn't going to be a popular choice either. It's THE main pairing of the fandom.
McShep (Rodney McKay/John Sheppard) Stargate: Atlantis
I just don't get it. I can see pairing Rodney with almost anyone except John. Part of it is probably because I don't really like Sheppard. He's Captain Kirk without the charisma and good looks. And lets face it, Kirk's charisma and looks are what make him so yummy.
