landofart is a 'land comm' created solely for graphic artists. It doesn't matter if you only make icons, or only picspams, wallpapers, whatever! There are challenges for one and all types if artists! The competition is made up of 3 teams; Team Gothic, Team Pop Art & Team Renaissance. These names are just for the sake of having teams and do NOT reflect the type of graphics you have to make! Plus, you can do any kind of graphics here (celebs, stock, fandom, etc) as long as it fits the challenge. JOIN TODAY!

What is a land comm? I am ignorant. And why are the NO ICON icons all over their profile?

They are challenge communities where you're broken up into teams. The teams compete in various challenges (fic writing, graphics making, puzzles, quizzes, etc...) to earn points. The team with the highst points at the end of the round wins. What do you win? Bragging rights mostly. ;)

This particular landcomm is only for graphics (icons, wallpapers, picspams, etc)

There are landcomms for most major fandoms and media genres. They are actually really fun.
