100 Things: Post #3: Jason Isaacs

One of those actors that's in countless movies and TV shows, but you don't tend to notice him until he appears in a movie or TV show that becomes one of your fannish obsessions. Of course, he's come to the attention of most of the fannish world as Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies. I'm no exception to that, even though I had seen a few of his movies before and at least one of his TV appearances.

After seeing the last Harry Potter movie, I started reading HP fic and from there feel head over heels for Lucius. (More about that when I do my HP post) Since Jason is Lucius in the movies my obsession of Lucius spilled over on to Jason and I've been watching his movies and shows as fast as I can get my hands on them. :)

I am completely in love with his new show on NBC, Awake. Unfortunately it has rather low ratings, I'm guessing because people are having a hard time following the different storylines/realities, so it's looking like it won't get a second season. :(








*sigh* He's just so pretty. *g*

Favorite Jason Isaacs Movies: Harry Potter, Passionada, Peter Pan, The Patriot...

Ohhh, I love Jason Isaacs. I was totally pulling for him to be the new Bond before they announced Daniel Craig. The man can seriously rock a tux.

Jason as Bond would be amazing! I haven't liked the Bond movies since Daniel Craig took over the role. I like Daniel Craig, I just don't care for him as Bond. Jason would be... delicious in the role.

I love him in Awake. The show can be confusing if you're paying close attention. Plus, I'm behind on watching because of work. I've been having to watch the episodes online.

I think one of the reasons I like Awake so much is because it's so nice to see him playing a 'good guy'. :)

Watching it online is actually better for the ratings.

I absolutely love Jason... he is just so beautiful and amazingly talented. I haven't seen Awake but may have to try to catch it online.

Awake is really quite interesting and if you need convincing, here's what one of the writers has to say about the episode that airs this week:
"This Thursday’s episode, ‘Nightswimming’, […] also known as ‘the episode in which we made Jason Isaacs run around naked at three in the morning’."

Sweet Jesus. Talk about fun with food. That was sexy as hell.

I adore Jason Isaacs. He got such a lovely voice and the prettiest eyes. He was actually the visual inspiration of a character in an original story that I wrote a few years ago. :)

Jason's voice makes my toes curl and his eyes... oh, I get breathless just thinking about them. XD
