Buffy was my first fandom. I started watching the show at the end of season 4, as it was originally airing. The first episode I remember seeing is Restless, although I know I saw the 2 before that, I just wasn't paying much attention. My boyfriend watched the show and he introduced me to it. Most of my early fandoms were introduced to me by my boyfriend. :)

I never like Angel much, he was always too brooding and boring. I despise Riley with a fiery passion. Tara irritates me, actually that whole storyline irritates me. Williow was not 'suddenly gay'. I'll buy that she's bi-sexual. Her long crush on Xander, her crush on Giles and her love for Oz, were all very real.

Cordy is your classic 'Valley Brat' in BtVS, but after she joined Angel she grew up a bit. Gaining Doyle's visions helped with that as well I think. Wesley grew up a bit after joining Angel's crew as well.

I love Buffy so much. Angel not as much, but I do like and own the series on dvd. I didn't even watch it when it was on. I found it later and bought the series. Spike had some of the best lines.

I liked Riley in the episode when he came back with his wife, but hated the story line when he and Buffy were dating.

Cordy was a much better character on Angel than Buffy. I liked Tara though. It was very odd that Willow suddenly became gay. I don't mind her being gay, but you would think there would have been some signs that she could/would be attracted to women too before Tara.

Oh I love this fandom... although I don't write it!! I loved Spike, he was always my fave character, also Cordy... she was amazing. Willow when she was all badass witch was pretty stunning as well. I loved Angel but mainly for his looks, Boreanez stole my heart with his breathtaking portrayal of the tormented vampire with a soul... I seem to have a thing for the angst of vampires like Angel, Louis, Edward, and Damon. I totally ship Buffy/Spike, Angel/Cordy, Angel/Spike, and Spike/Xander <3
