Kindle Problem

Ok, so I'm having an odd problem with my Kindle. While I'm reading, when I 'turn the page' what I'm reading closes, the home page comes up and I get a pop up saying 'The selected item could not be opened. If you purchased this item from Amazon, delete the item and download it from Archived Items.'  It's really starting to annoy me.

Anyone one have any idea what's causing it?

I think that happened to me once. I don't remember what the issue was, but I think I deleted it from my device and went into Amazon on the computer. I pulled up my documents and resent the fic. I don't think I had any further trouble with it.

It's been happening to me for months. I've had to delete the same fic and re-download it twice in less than an hour. I've even completely deleted the fic(s) from my computer and downloaded them from the websites again and it still doesn't help.

I would definitely call the Kindle Customer Service people. Not the regular Amazon customer service, but the one specific to Kindle.
