A bit of everything
Feb. 24th, 2010 12:07 amSo, I've managed to salvage the files I need most from the black hole that my computer has become. I so can't afford a computer expert, If I could this never would have happened in the first place. But, the good news is that it's working and usable.
My icons for the month:
20 Iron Man icons for Round 4 of
movie20in20
20 Stock icons (mostly) for Round 10 of
free20in20
I have taken over as the head moderator at
rdjstills . What was I thinking? Hopefully everything will go smoothly, at least for awhile. Challenge 10 is running now, if anyone is interested in joining. :D
In an effort to fix the fact that I had only seen a few of RDJ's movies, I've been watching them like crazy. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is officially the most hilarious movie I have ever seen. Seriously, I laughed so hard I ended up with a splitting headache. It was so worth it. Also recently watched: Wonder Boys, Charlie Bartlett, Friends & Lovers, Game 6, U.S. Marshals, Heart and Souls, Good Night and Good Luck, Zodiac and The Soloist. Also did re-watches of: Lucky You, Home for the Holidays and Only You. Next up is probably Back to School and Gothika.
I have been watching the Olympics, most of my favorites have already finished competing. Apolo Anton Ohno has two events left, which I'll watch but other than that I'm not real interested in the rest of the games. My other favorites are Johnny Weir, Evan Lysacek, Louie Vito and Shaun White. I'm very glad to see Bode Miller redeemed himself after Torino and earned all of the hype he's been getting. I was also happy to see Lindsey Vonn get her gold medal.
I'm about to start reading the Sherlock Holmes books. I'll be starting with the first one, A Study in Scarlet. I'm really hoping I like it, we'll see how it goes.
And I know there was something else I was going to post about, but I have no idea what it was.
