arenee1999I seem to have fallen head first into my Harry Potter obsession and still haven't quite come up for air. I've also been drowning in ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
landofart. The amount of challenges in that comm is seriously INSANE! So an update on what I've been up to...
- I've finished Babylon 5. Loved it! It took a season and a half for me to really get into it, but after that I couldn't get enough! Favorite characters: Michael Garibaldi, G'Kar, Vir, Delenn, Lennier, Londo. And Marcus, Stephen Franklin, Jeffrey Sinclair, John Sheridan. Oh, and Galen. Yep. I did watch the movies and Crusade as well. :D I absolutely love Galen. Honestly, if I had known Peter Woodward was in Crusade I would have watched it years ago!
- I am currently reading the Harry Potter books. Just stared The Goblet of Fire. Gotta say, I'm loving the books. I don't know that I like them more than the movies, the movies and books are different enough that I think I love them both equally. :)

- I've started watching Merlin! :D I'm done with season 1 and am, impatiently, waiting for season 2 to get to me from the libray. I get the entire season at once from the library instead of disc by disc from Netflix.
- On August 11th I went to the CSTS Sreening of Serenity, Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-long Blog and The Guild Season 1. Very cool! I'm so going to try and go next year. And maybe have some money to buy t-shirts and stuff!
- After seeing S1 of The Guild, I decided to watch the rest. So I have seasons 2, 3 & 4 at the top of my Netflix queue.
- I've started using my Twitter and last.fm accounts again!
-On Monday (August 29) I'll be going to the MN State Fair. *sigh* I go every year. I always think it will be fun and I'm usually misrable all day. I don't expect this year to be any different. I just hope it's not raining or boiling hot.
