Another actor that I've seen in movies for years and didn't really notice until I saw him in Harry Potter. Rhys' portrayal of Xenophilius Lovegood is the reason Xeno is one of my favorite HP characters.
I'm trying to work my way through all of his movies. So far I've loved almost every one I've seen. He's gorgeous in Anonymous. Danny Deckchair is adorably endearing. Enduring Love is uncomfortable to watch, but I get the idea that it's supposed to be. Neverland is a bit of crack, it's got massive plot holes, but at the same time it's a rather interesting take on Peter Pan. Notting Hill... well it's a Richard Curtis film starring Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts, what's not to like? The Boat That Rocked (a.k.a. Pirate Radio), another Richard Curtis film with an all-star cast, is absolutely hilarious fun. I've seen a few others as well. :D
I just saw The Five-Year Engagement a week ago, and I loved it! The upcoming 'The Amazing Spider-Man' I really couldn't care less about, but I will be seeing it because Rhys is playing Dr. Curt Connors (The Lizard).
Oh, Oh, and his voice! Merlin! It makes my toes curl! XD
The Boat That Rocked
(if you've never seen this, I suggest having head-phones on while watching if there's anyone else in the room with you)
Dialogue = NSFW
Singing with his band 'The Peth'
A short film titled 'Edward'. Gives an unexpected back story of a famous painting. :p
One of my favorite 'interviews' of Rhys
Yeah, I know, he's a bit of an arse, but I adore him anyway. *g* Hee! And we have the same last name. Yep. Evans. Although I'm 95% certain I'm Scottish, not Welsh.
