Date: 2009-05-16 08:37 pm (UTC)If they'd stuck to actual scifi they'd've probably gotten to add B7. And DS9.

Date: 2009-05-16 09:49 pm (UTC)Yeah, no way should Smallville be on the list and IMO, Star Trek should be #3 and TNG should be #7 instead of the other way 'round.
I never did understand why Fantasy and Sci-fi are lumped together the way they are. They're in no way alike. But 'The Powers That Be' who ever the hell they are seem to think they're one and the same. So, Buffy, Angel and Highlander get thrown in with the sci-fi shows.

Date: 2009-05-16 09:51 pm (UTC)I don't REALLY mind them being lumped together, but then the list should be the 25 Best Scifi/Fantasy shows of all times. The title is very misleading.

Date: 2009-05-16 11:55 pm (UTC)Some shows are miss: Farscape, Blake's 7 or VR-5. And even Sentinel or SG-1 should be there.
But then, there's always some shows left out when you do this kind of lists.
And I mostly agree with the "worst" list. At least, on those shows I already know something about. Like V, the series. Damn! As much as I liked the mini-series, I really, really hate the show!

Date: 2009-05-17 04:20 am (UTC)Season 1 of Dark Angel was fabulous. Season 2 really took a dive and is probably why it's not included. Mutant-X would probably be a better choice than Smallville (but then again I have issues with Smallville).
